Yes! We have a showroom and warehouse in Dana Point, CA. Call or text to schedule a visit and view finish samples in person on the actual wood species we use.

Shipping & Delivery

Before we begin production, we’ll confirm that your order details are correct and that you're ready to receive your furniture. This is your chance to delay production if needed. Once your piece is complete and ready for delivery, we cannot hold or store it under any circumstances.

  • Pay 50% deposit, 50% due upon completion (not delivery)

We typically respond within 1 hour during the business week.

Do You Offer a Warranty?

Yes! We call it Our Promise.

Covered: Structural or functional defects (e.g., joints separating or wood splitting naturally).

Not Covered: Damage due to mishandling, finish damage, impact, or wood warping/twisting from extreme humidity or temperature shifts.

Product Variation Policy

Distressing: Each distressed piece is hand-finished and no two distress patterns will be the same. We do not offer refunds based on distressing differences.

Stain Variation: All wood takes stain differently. We cannot guarantee an exact match to any sample or reference photo. That's the beauty of custom work—your piece is one-of-a-kind.

Communication is Key

Special requests must be written in the "Notes" section during checkout.

With dozens of orders moving through our shop each month, we rely on written notes to ensure accuracy. We cannot guarantee requests discussed in casual texts, calls, or social DMs unless they are documented on the order.

Example: If you requested a custom table top style on Facebook but didn’t include that in the order notes, we will build our standard version.

Custom Paint & Stain

If you're requesting a color outside our standard options, include it in your order notes. This ensures we can match your expectations as closely as possible.

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to change your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of placing it. After that point, we may have already started production, and changes could require additional labor or materials.

Lead Times

Our lead time is typically 4–10 weeks, depending on our production schedule and order size. All timelines are estimates and subject to change. Our top priority is delivering a piece that meets our high-quality standards.

Rush Orders

Need your table fast? We offer rush production for a fee ($250–$750), depending on your deadline and our availability. Rush orders are not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate special occasions.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final, including deposits. Every piece is made-to-order and built specifically for you.
