Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed

Quality & Cosmetic Standards

All Makau Makers products are held to a high standard of quality and functionality.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our wood products, slight variations in grain, tone, or texture are natural and part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects. Cosmetic Standards in the FAQ


Apparel Disclaimer

Our garments are designed with a lived-in feel and may naturally soften or show slight fading over time—this is intentional and part of the design.

Minor variations in print or fabric are not considered defects.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a clear issue with craftsmanship or function, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
