Processing Times

  • In-stock small goods: ship in 1–2 business days.

  • Made-to-order furniture: 4–6 weeks to build (we’ll confirm ETA).

Carriers & Methods

  • We ship via USPS/UPS within the United States. PO Boxes/APO/FPO ship USPS.

  • Delivery estimates show at checkout and exclude processing time.

Shipping Rates

  • Free US shipping on orders $99+ (small goods).

  • AK/HI/PR rates vary. Furniture ships via local delivery or freight.

Tracking & Signature

  • Tracking provided on all shipments. Orders $200+ may require signature.

Damage on Arrival

  • Please photograph the box and item and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Local Pickup/Delivery

  • Free pickup in Dana Point, CA. Local delivery available—fees shown at checkout.

Local Delivery – Southern California

 

We offer flat-rate local delivery for just $250 anywhere within 60 miles of Dana Point, California.

Extended Local Delivery

For deliveries beyond 60 miles, we charge an additional $2.50 per mile.

We’ll calculate the total distance and provide a quote before confirming your order.

 

Nationwide Shipping

We also offer shipping options outside the local area.

HOLDING & STORING YOUR FURNITURE

We will be reaching out to you before we start production on your custom furniture to confirm 1) the details of the order are correct and 2) you are ready to receive your custom furniture. This is your opportunity to delay production if you are not ready to receive your furniture. If we have received confirmation from you, and we finish your furniture and are ready to deliver it, we cannot hold or store your furniture under any circumstances.
