At Makau Makers, every order is handled with care and shipped out with intention—just like everything we create.

Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping simple and straightforward:

• $10 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50

• $15 flat rate shipping on all orders over $50

Rates are designed to fairly reflect packaging, handling, and delivery—especially for heavier or multiple-item orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time depending on the build. If that’s the case, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S.), depending on your location and carrier.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Multiple Items

Orders that include multiple items—such as apparel or bundled goods—may ship together or separately depending on availability and packaging. Our goal is always to get your order to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping Support

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your order is delayed or appears lost, reach out and we’ll help you track it down.
